Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using our mobile game ("Game"). By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Game.

2. License and Use Restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Game
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
• Use cheats, automated scripts, or third-party software to modify the Game
• Exploit bugs or engage in any activity that disrupts the Game experience
• Sell, rent, lease, or transfer your account (if any) or access rights

3. User Accounts

Many of our apps and games do not require an account and can be used without signing in. Some apps or games may offer, or require, an account for certain features. If you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be solely responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Not share your account with others

4. Virtual Items and Currency

The Game may include virtual items or currency that can be purchased or earned. You acknowledge that:

• Virtual items and currency have no real-world value
• Purchases are final and non-refundable (except as required by law)
• Virtual items and currency are licensed, not sold, to you
• We may modify or remove virtual items at any time
• Virtual items and currency are forfeited if your account (if any) or access to the Game is terminated

5. Subscriptions

Some of our apps offer optional auto-renewing subscriptions. If you subscribe:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase
• The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the price shown in the store, unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends
• You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings; deleting the app does not cancel it
• If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies

6. User Content

If the Game allows you to create or share content, you:

• Retain ownership of your content
• Grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use your content
• Are responsible for ensuring your content doesn't violate any rights
• Agree not to submit inappropriate or harmful content

7. Privacy

Your use of the Game is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Third-Party Services

The Game may include links to or integration with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.

9. Modifications to the Game

We reserve the right to:

• Update or modify the Game at any time
• Change or discontinue features
• Require you to accept updates to continue using the Game
• Modify these Terms with reasonable notice

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your license to use the Game ends
• You must cease all use of the Game
• You may lose access to your account (if any) and all virtual items

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

13. Governing Law

Meanwhile: Duo Camera has no minimum age of 13 imposed by us. Users who need a parent or guardian's permission under applicable law should obtain that permission, including for in-app purchases.

Our games are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
